EasyWorQ is a service on the internet where private individuals and companies (hereinafter the "User") can post jobs they wish to be put out to tender. Craft companies and other service providers can through this service offer you to perform the work you have described.

By registering on the service when you submit tenders, you also accept the current terms of use for EasyWorQ. In the event of significant changes to the terms, the User will be notified to his registered e-mail address 30 days before the new terms apply.

3. The user is responsible for ensuring that the information provided on the user profile is correct at all times. Furthermore, the User is responsible for the tenders containing relevant and correct information about the work that is desired to be performed. The user is responsible for ensuring that tenders and other user-published content published on EasyWorQ are not illegal, or otherwise unreasonable or offensive. EasyWorQ is not responsible for the User's breach of the Terms of Use or the legislation, and the User shall indemnify EasyWorQ for any liability that may result from such conditions.

4. The User's tender announcement will be posted on EasyWorQ, where it will be available for up to 45 days, or until the User deactivates the tender. Upon deactivation, the tender announcement is removed automatically. EasyWorQ reserves the right to store user-published material and other user content for as long as EasyWorQ deems it desirable. This applies even if you delete yourself as a user of the site. EasyWorQ reserves the right to use material published by EasyWorQ 's users, also on other pages and in other contexts. User-published material on EasyWorQ can be used in marketing the service. The user agrees to receive e-mails related to the job posted on EasyWorQ. The user also agrees to receive newsletters from EasyWorQ sent electronically. E-mails and newsletters from EasyWorQ. That may also contain information and marketing from our partners. The user can unsubscribe from the newsletter.

5. If a call for tenders is considered to be in violation of the terms of use, EasyWorQ has the right to remove or change it. Furthermore, EasyWorQ has the right to change the content, appearance and division of a tender announcement without prior notice. Content from the user that is in violation of the user agreement or British law must not be uploaded or published on EasyWorQ. Violation of the provision here may result in exclusion from the service. It is not allowed to upload or publish content that

  • is discriminatory, racist, pornographic, blasphemous, defamatory or threatening. Bullying and provocative statements are also prohibited.
  • contravenes the Marketing Act or the Alcohol and Tobacco Act
  • infringes or infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party. This applies in particular to the copyright of film, video, music and computer programs. 6. EasyWorQ is a pure mediation service between the User and artisan companies. EasyWorQ is not part of the agreement between the User and the craftsman company and has no responsibility for any matters that arise in the contractual relationship between them.

7. The tenders published by the users of the site cannot be considered as binding contracts and the tenders can be updated and changed by the user. The user should enter into specific agreements with the individual craftsman before carrying out the individual assignment. EasyWorQ is not a party and bears no responsibility under such agreements.

8. EasyWorQ cannot be held responsible for technical errors or other conditions that cause the service to be weakened or deteriorated, for example in the event of downtime for servers, technical failure on the website, or other similar conditions.

9. EasyWorQ strives to offer serious craft services to the site's users. EasyWorQ therefore considers it desirable that the site's users evaluate the craft company after the assignment has been completed. EasyWorQ does not assume responsibility for any user evaluations that are perceived as offensive, offensive, untrue or in any other way unreasonable. 10. EasyWorQ does not incur any kind of responsibility when removing or changing text. In the event of suspicion of actions that are unlawful or contrary to good practice on the part of the User, including fictitious or misleading tenders, EasyWorQ will be able to quarantine the User, with notice to contact EasyWorQ immediately. Until the User contacts to resolve the situation, access to the service will be reduced or blocked for the User.

11. When the User places an advertisement or call for tenders on EasyWorQ, it will take some time before the advertisement is published on the website. This is because our customer centre wants to ensure that the headline of the tender is indicative of the requested service and that the advertisement is attributed to the correct category on EasyWorQ.
